Currently in stock is a wide variety of locally produced organic meat including Beef and Lamb from Haigh, Wigan, Pork from Settle, North Yorkshire.  All our beef is hung traditionally and is at least 21 days matured before being offered for sale.  We also stock organic free range chickens as well as organic eggs, sausages, cooked meats and a wide selection of fruit and vegetables, local organic cheeses, chutneys and preserves.
